
On 15 March 2018, the Transport Knowledge Hub hosted an event in the North of England. Chaired by Greg Marsden, Professor of Transport Governance at the University of Leeds, the event examined how fostering partnerships and sharing best practice will play a vital role in attracting investment for transport in the North. Speakers included John Hope (Highways England), Graham Botham (Network Rail), Kevin O’Connor (Arriva), Peter Molyneux (Transport for the North), Simon Craven (Go-Ahead), Simon Warburton (Transport for Greater Manchester), Mick Noone (Merseytravel), Phil Meikle (Nexus), Liz Hunter (West Yorkshire Combined Authority), and Tim Taylor (West Yorkshire PTE).
