Integrating the planning and delivery of sustainable transport with new housing development
Tuesday 14th May, 4-6pm, Strangers’ Dining Room, House of Commons
Hosted by Lilian Greenwood MP
This reception marks the culmination of a high-profile series of events to promote sustainable transport as a driver of new housing held in Scotland, the North, Midlands, South West and South East. We will also be marking the publication of a new research report Integrating the planning and delivery of sustainable transport with new housing, launched earlier this year.
The reception follows a recent series of TKH events across the UK which brought together senior local leaders and key figures in local transport and housing to discuss the findings of the research and the importance of transport and wider connectivity in helping to address the housing crisis, increasing the accessibility of sites for redevelopment and attracting inward investment.
This event is by invitation only.
